Manuscript letter: Hill informs Owen that he has learned that [William] Hodson has been "very indiscreet in his communications," in regards to Hill buying 700 acres of land and whether he will donate land to Congress. [Pierre] Baume has also been writing to him on this subject. Hill is very annoyed regarding this matter.
