He quotes the terms of the treaty of Versailles respecting Germany's naval policy. He will write about the Ersatzpreussen, one of four new small ships intended to replace the old ones, explaining why Germany cannot reach the capacity allowed by the Treaty. Facilities for finding pictures are not as good as in England, such as the public library system.
