Letter

Scope and Content

Letter from Harriet de Salis to Mary Hamilton, discussing general subjects. She thanks Hamilton for her note and supposes that she has received the one that 'Doll' [her sister?] had sent the previous day and that she hopes to have an answer to that shortly. Salis expects some company that morning and is for her 'sins' to dine at Stoke Grove that afternoon. She is much obliged to Mrs Wynne for thinking of her and writes of having a headache.
