Scope and Content

Whereas the King was to be paid £12 a ton for the 800 tons a year home vend, and Sir Arthur has paid the King £;10,000 for alum unsold, now Sir Thomas Bludder denies his liability for one half of this sum. Sir Arthur Ingram asks the Duke of Buckingham to hear the case or appoint someone who will.
