Case Sheets

Case records are in bound volumes up to 1939. Those from 1943 are loose files, listed by the covering dates of each box.

The bound registers are loosely alphabetically arranged, whilst the case note files are arranged by hospital number, i.e. in order of admission.

For patients' notes from the end of 1922 (20 - 31 December) see ACB 6/1/4/9: other earlier volumes of patients' records can also be found at ACB 6/1/4/1-8. For later case notes see FUL 6/2/9/1-7.
