Scope and Content

LETTER: J. Bowen Evans, 'North Wales Chronicle', Caxton House, Bangor to Walter Jones enclosing a copy of the Thank-Offering Fund Appeal in English and in Welsh. Lord Penrhyn is sending this out to chairmen of Urban and Rural District Councils and Mayors of the boroughs in co. Caerns. He also encloses a marked copy of the 'Chronicle' showing a report of the meeting in Penrhyn Castle. He thanks W. J for keeping him up to date with developments in Anglesey.
