LETTER: R. Williams-Bulkeley, Pen-y-parc, Beaumaris to Walter Jones. He was unable to attend the Prince's meeting at St. James's due to a bad attack of flu, and is still unwell. He encloses a summation of the Prince's speech and asks W. J. for his thoughts on what would be the best way to operate in Anglesey. R. W. B does not expect that a great deal of money will be forthcoming but thinks the Scouts might help.
