Scope and Content

CIRCULAR LETTER: R. Williams-Bulkeley, Penyparc, Beaumaris to [the clergy of Anglesey] concerning the Prince of Wales's National Thank-Offering Fund which will be devoted to the welfare of the rising generation, especially those of school-leaving age. The Fund is intended to financially support existing approved voluntary organisations and not to start a new organisation. Everyone's donations would be welcome.
