King George's Jubilee Trust, the recent experience with the Duke of Kent's Fund showed that a large sum cannot be expected from a rural area in a depressed condition. [W. J.] suggests that initially he should invite Deputy Lieutenants, the Mayor and Chairman of County, Urban and Rural District Councils to attend a meeting. [W. J.] lists possible ways in which money might be raised for the fund.
