Administrative / Biographical History
Skating Rink was originally choreographed by Borlin in 1922 for Ballet Suedois with sets by Leger and music by Honegger. It was first reconstructed for the Zurich Ballet in 1996. Subsequent reconstructions were performed by the Royal Swedish Ballet in1998 and on 3 September 1998 as a lecture/demonstration at the Orient Occident Festival in Rovereto, Italy.
