By Katheryn Dowson of Chester widow, and Thomas Allcock, haberdasher, of London, of Randull Leicester, grocer of London, and Martha his wife, in a messuage and tenement with appurtenances, in Foregate St., Chester, formerly the lands of George Bostock, abutting the messauge of William Aldersey, alderman of Chester, on the west side, and a messuage lately held by Thomas Grosvenor on the east side.

Witnesses: John Knowles, Richard Angon.

Endorsement: Note of delivery of seisin by Richard Leicester and Hugh Berchley, attorneys appointed for that purpose. (1 October 1624).
