Frederick Voigt to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Paris.

He responds to Crozier's request regarding the use of the word 'atrocities'. The reaction to the Brown Terror in France has been magnificent. The French are doing everything they can to support the German refugees. England, France and Belgium are all boycotting the Germans. The British Commercial Attaché in Berlin reports that the cumulative effect is hitting them hard. He believes that the Hitlerite Dictatorship cannot hold out against the Anglo-French civilisation.
