CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs Yale of Gorphwysfa, Bath and Mr Richard Barker of Chester concerning:
1. a mistake in his cash account of [?] of Feb. 1870 and
2. the return of 2 letters which her husband wrote to his brother, John Parry, giving reasons for his desire to change the residence clause in Miss Yale's will. Wm. Corbet Yale claimed that this was done on account of the colonel's failing health but these 2 letters prove that this was not the case at all. See also no. 426 above and nos. 694 - 695 below.
