Scope and Content

LETTER: Mrs Yale, Gorphwysfa, Bath to Mr Adams. She thought the arbitration only concerned dilapidations. A cheque for occupation is unjust since the delay was caused by her not receiving an answer concerning the sale. She doesn't want to get involved in any law suits in connection with the fixtures, and complains that no-one ever told her she was not to cut the hay. She concludes that it is hard to spend so much time and expense on improving and beautifying the house only to be asked for more now. She begs Mr Adams to do nothing to prejudice her £200 annuity on the Yale estate.
