From George Stephenson, writing in /1 from Northumberland County Technical College to thank Nicholson for his recent reading [in Morpeth], which left everyone "impressed, entertained and enchanted". /2 is written in Stephenson's capacity as Director and Deputy Chief Leisure and Publicity Officer of the Mid Northumberland Arts Group (MidNAG). He refers to two recent poetry pamphlets MidNAG has produced, by Anna Adams and Alistair Elliot, and asks if Nicholson has a small number of poems or an essay which might be published in a similar format.
