(2) 2: Correspondence from 1954 -1962 regarding the Directorate of Scientific Information (Ministry of Defence) and work on Soviet Sputniks, Lunar and Space Projects. (3) 3: The cover note states ‘Sir Bernard is working on the third set of papers (Mar 2007) Also included in the file are 2 journals ‘The Day War Broke Out’, 4-7 Sep 1989 and ‘The GEC Journal of Research’, Vol. 3, No. 2, 1985. The following articles have been highlighted ‘ CH – The First Operational Radar’ [B. T. Neale] and ‘Microwave Magnetrons: A Brief History of Research and Development’ [W. E. Willshaw].
