COMMENTS: 1 was in debt for £5544 4s 5d
to 2, and 2 are 1's tenants. The late
Viscount Valentia (i.e. Arthur Annesley
[XI]) owed 1 (who acted as his trustee)
£6300. Therefore the parties agree that
if 2 give 1 and unspecified sum of
money, then 1 will make over to 2 all
his claim on Arthur (XI)'s debts.
