EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Anne Hughes, wife of Hugh Hughes of Mill Bank. Enoch Williams, Police Officer, Owen Jones, miner, William Parry, labourer and Jane Lewis, spinster, all of parish Holyhead, in the case v. Margaret Williams, for stealing one sheet, the property of H.H. Deponent A.H. states she and the accused were laying out washing to dry on a bank. Later she found a sheet missing. Some weeks later she noticed it amongst the accused's washing and took it back. The accused claimed it had been sold to her by deponent O.J. who denies it.
