EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Henry Hill, esquire, and Richard Ellis, police constable both of parish Amlwch, in the case v. Jane Bennett, for stealing fifty lbs of coal and cinders, property of H.M. Deponent H.H. states on suspecting coal was being taken from the yard, he asked deponent R.E. to watch after them, apprehending the accused with a bag of coal.
