Scope and Content

(i) Thomas Robinson of Curzon Street, May Fair, co. Middlesex, upholsterer, and Jonathan Gillett of Friday Street, Cheapside, London, wine merchant.

(ii) Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn Champneys of Orchardleigh Park, co. Somerset, Baronet, and Dame Charlotte Margaret, his wife.

(iii) The Rt. Hon. Edward Pryce Lord Mostyn Baron Mostyn of Mostyn, co. Flint.

(iv) John Jones Bateman of Lincolns Inn, co. Middlesex, gent., and Edward Lawrance of Bucklersbury, London, gent.

(iii) agrees to purchase the interest of Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn Champneys in the manors of Beeston, Peckforton, Spurstow, Great Neston, Thornton, Hough alias Mayo, Leighton and Bunbury, the advowson of the church of Christleton, co. Chester, the manors of Gloddaeth and Gogarth, cos. Caernarvon and Denbigh, for Dame Charlotte Margaret, and to pay (i) £35,000 at the forthcoming auction of the same. (i) will then procure dismissal of a suit Sturges v. Champneys, and all parties agree to secure the title. Schedules annexed.
