The Refectory Committee was a committee of Council, which oversaw catering arrangements at the University. These included the main catering facilities within the Moberly Tower complex and various satellite refreshment facilities. The University Catering Officer attended the Committee by invitation. The Committee was renamed the Refectory Management Committee in the early 1970s, and became the Campus Catering Committee in 1984.
