File containing the manuscript of Philip French's Three honest men: Edmund Wilson, F.R. Leavis, Lionel Trilling: a critical mosaic (Manchester: Carcanet New Press, 1980). The book comprised slightly revised transcripts of three radio programmes compiled and presented by French, devoted to each of the figures named in the title. Helen Ramsbotham of Carcanet Press edited the texts for publication, and Margaret Hutchinson may also have been involved with preparing copy. The book was printed by Billings. The file also contains an earlier unrevised version of the radio programme transcripts.
