The Findlay Society was established in1947 as the M.Ed. Society as a social group forpostgraduate education students. It was renamed the Findlay Society in 1954, in honour of J JFindlay professor of education at the University from 1903 to 1925.The file includes correspondencefrom 1995/6 about the compilation of a history of the Society.
