The bundle also contains a draft lease for lives from the 6th Earl of Stamford to Joseph Wood of Dean Row [to. Bollin Fee] gent of Dean Row tenement no. 14, 1842 (/11); a draft release of chief rents from the 7th Earl of Stamford to the trustees of Lindow workhouse, 1858 (/12); and 2 drafts of a conveyance from Sir Humphrey de Trafford bart to Thomas Norbury of Wilmslow yeo of land in Pownall Fee, 1867 (/13-14).
