File includes: correspondence with Feminist Archive, Bath, regarding the deposit of records by WRPM at the archive (1979-1985), along with information sheets about the Feminist Archive; correspondence with Isleworth Libraries and Cambridge Jackson Library Supplies regarding potential supply of WRPM record to libraries supplied by Cambridge Jackson (1981); an invitation to Hutton to the opening of Women's Jazz Archive at the University College Swansea (May 1993); correspondence with Lesbish Archief, Reeuwardes, Netherlands regarding deposit of the WRPM catalogue (10 April 1982) and a letter from Glasgow Women's Library (March 1995) both regarding deposit of the WRPM catalogue along with a copy of 'Glasgow Women's Library News', Issue 5, (Winter 1997/1998). The folder also includes a copy of 'Lesbian Archive and Information Centre Newsletter, No. 2 (1988), and flyers for Lesbian Archive and Women's Audio Archive (1980s).
