Published as Health and Meteorology of Manchester, weekly returns on diseases and deaths in Manchester and Salford in tabulated form, based on type of disease and location. The data was collected from Poor Law medical officers. Data was also published on weekly climatic conditions in the areas, because of assumed connections to incidence of disease and death.
