From John Dysart of city of Londonderry, Ireland, esq (nephew and heir at law of John Mitchell, late of Mile End, near Stockport, Doctor of Physic dec, who was surviving trustee and executor appointed by Samuel Hibbert, merchant) to George Hadfield of Old Hall in the parish of Mottram in Longdendale, co Ches, esq and Joseph Jordan of Manchester, surgeon. The release contains two other parties who act with 1) ie a) John Atcheson Smith of Ardmore, city of Londonderry, esq, George Hadfield of Old Hall, Mottram in Longdendale, co Ches, esq and William Dysart of city of Londonderry, merchant) execs named by John Mitchell deceased, b) Samuel, Robert and George Hibbert (as above). The lease is sealed but not executed. The release has 10 seals and is signed by George Hadfield, William Dysart, Samuel Hibbert, George Hibbert and Joseph Jordan.
