Contains details of names and numbers of staff appointed, off sick, resigned, due to pass probation, and number of vacancies; details of staff called up to the Armed Forces; outside clinics; recreation; canteen; food supplies in war time; numbers of patients resident; details of patient admissions including patients name, age, and date admitted; list of patient deaths including cause of deaths; a list of those discharged on trial; and applications for discharge including details of patient cases. Also includes a report on a suggested rearrangement of attendant's hours of duty.
