EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Jane wife of Edward Evans, publican, Mary Jones and Michael Toohill, police constable, all of Holyhead in the case v. Jane Griffith accused of stealing a gown of the value of 4/-, the property of Edward Evans. Deponent J.E. states that she left the gown out in her yard to dry on a thorn [bush] and when she came to get it found it missing.

1) Charge Sheet of J.G. in the above case, to which she pleads not guilty.

2) Summary Conviction of J.G. at Llanerchymedd.

Imprisoned in Beaumaris House of Correction for three months hard labour.
