Letter

Scope and Content

From Abraham Watmough at Wellington to Mary Tooth in Madeley. He received [John] Squarebridge's proposal of last night, together with Tooth's kind letter, and intends to comply with the proposal.

Watmough and his family are well, but he is sorry that Tooth is unwell. He would be grateful if a horse could be sent to the 'Nabb', or to Mr Parker's at Oaken Gate - otherwise, he would not get to the appointment on time.
