Edited typescript newsletter (with annotations) for publication in Echoes of Service magazine, divided into two reports dated January 1950 and 27 December 1949. In the later report, Bull outlined his and Patterson's authorisation to enter Tibet after three years in China. In the December report Bull mused on their reception as missionaries in Tibet. In asserting that they had been sent by God, their message would conflict with Buddhist teachings. There is also an account of Bull's travels across Tibet, covering the Ra Mi La Pass, Golog, Litang and Po.
