The front of the application reads, "Mr. Geoffrey Taylor Bull, Central Asia, via China- candidate II.B". The questionnaire contains 26 questions which range from Bull's personal details [address, date of birth etc] to the reasons why Bull wished to undertake missionary work and the details of his faith in God. Included is the information that Bull had French, German and N.T Greek language skills, and had been employed as a bank clerk [1937-42] and in the army [1942-46] before his calling to missionary work drew him to China.
