Photographic collection: Gomer Road, Townhill south-eastwards from Gors Ave. Endorsed: Swansea Townhill (north) March 1938. 5 blocks in centre foreground are centre block of 4 = 2 middle houses with bays + 5 bedrooms and 2 ground floor single bed-roomed maisonettes at sides (2 bedrooms over each maisonette are added to the middle house to make the 5 required). The block is adapted from the normal combination of 2 bed-roomed non-parlour at sides and 3 bed-roomed in middle and can be easily reconverted if necessary. 4 other blocks (2 each side of he above) are single bed-roomed maisonettes 8 maisonettes each block 4 on ground floor, 4 on 1st floor all with separate entrances. Remainder of houses on hillside are generally 2 and 3 bed-roomed non-parlour with a number of 4 bed-roomed non-parloursP/PR/47/4/17
