Thomas Hesketh of Grey's Inn, Middx., and William Hesketh of Poulton, Lancs., gent.; Richard Newsome of Kirkham, Lancs., blacksmith.
Messuage, tenement, and farmhold, with appurtenances, at Kirkham, with smithy, garden or yard, and a croft, late in the tenure or occupation of William Newsome, father of Richard, and now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Davie.
For lives of Newsome, of Ellen his wife, and of James Newsome his son, with immediate effect.
Rent of 4s. 7d. per annum, payable to Heskeths, and thereafter to heirs of William, at Whitsun and Martinmas, with two days' sheaving at harvest time, and all other customary services. 10 days' grace before distraint, with rights of repossession.
