Scope and Content

William Skillicorne, gent., son and heir apparent of Nicholas Skillicorne of Preest, Lancs., esq.; Robert Wolferston of Lairmarny, Essex, esq., and Edmund Wolferston and Charles Wolferston, esqs., his brothers.
Capital messuage and demesne lands at Preest, in Weeton, Lanes, with appurtenances wheresoever, and in whosoever's occupation; messuage or tenement called the Morehouse in Weeton, now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Skillicorne, and the croft called the Barne Croft in which the building stands; together with the following lands, all now in Skillicorne's tenure, possession, or occupation: Southmost High More (now divided into three parts), parcel called the Whynney More, parcels called the Whitloes (as now divided), Charnleys Field, close or closure of moss land lately enclosed from the moss of Preest and Weeton; with right of turbary on Preest moss.
In consideration of performance of covenants contained in indentures of same date between William Skillicorne and his daughters Elizabeth and Jane on the one part, and the Wolferstons on the other part.
