Admission of Robert Penty of Heslington, joiner, following surrender made out of court on 16 December 1848 by Nicholas Charles Gold of York, gent.
Cottage or tenement with the workshops, buildings, and garden contiguous to and behind the same, at the time of the surrender in the occupation of John Pool, and the building and premises adjoining the above, used as a chapel for dissenters, and at the time of the surrender in the tenure or occupation of James Calvert, the whole having the lands of Nicholas Edmund Yarburgh, esq., to north and east, those of William Talbot Agar, esq., to the south, and the town street of Heslington to the west.
