- Agenda and Minutes for Council meeting on 17th July 1969 (charter was to be discussed at this meeting and a copy of the final version of the charter and statutes is attached);
- Letter from the AUT to the Privy Council about the charter and statutes (30th September 1969);

- Memo from the Principal to the Charter Committee (November 1969);
- Agenda and Minutes for a Charter Committee meeting (December 1969); and
- A full list of amendments to the charter and statutes recommended by the Charter Committee (a note says the amendments were approved by the council on the 19th January 1970).
