Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Lord Breadalbane writes that he is unable to accede to Owen's request to present two Petitions to the House of Lords; explains that he has "no faith whatsoever in the spiritual demonstrations to which he [Owen] alludes", and therefore has to return the Petitions.
