Manuscript letter in which Sully tells Owen that he has arrived in London from Paris. He says he has enclosed a letter from Mr Cabet, but this is no longer with this letter. He tells Owen he needs to leave on the following Sunday, and if he does not get to meet with Owen in that time then he tells him to forward any correspondence.
