Group dining outside

Black and white photograph of a group sitting around a table outside, having just finished a meal. Three men are visible, all wearing dark suits, one with his back to the camera. The table is laid out formally with white tablecloth, with two wine bottles, a glass, two teacups and two plates visible. The photograph is out of focus where the subjects moved during the process. Faded to a yellowish brown tone, and pasted onto a page in the notebook. The page opposite has a manuscript caption: 'Season of mists, and / mellow fruitfulness.'

Poor condition. Yellowed badly, discolouration in patches along right edge, crease bottom left corner, black ink spots centre, white spotting in bottom half, warped. Production method: gelatin silver print
