Field called Cae Shop. Three fields called Cae Gorses; Landshare being part of tenement of lands called Pencravenny, all which said messuages and lands, fields and landshare are in parish of Llanrhidian. All other messuages, hereditaments and premises in parish of Llanrhidian of or to which (i) and (ii) or either of them are or is seized, possessed or entitled or can or may grant, demise or lease or limit or appoint (except messuage, public house, garden, orchard and field at Penclawdd and now in occupation of Tudor James as tenant thereof, which last mentioned messuage is called The Ship Inn. And also except land and premises lying between road in front of same premises and River Bury (Burry).
