LETTER: S. J. Evans, County School, Llangefni to E. Madoc Jones. He knows he will be hard at work, the 7 o'clock Mechanics class gives tone to the whole school. Asks how the Triennial passed off, and remarks that the Clorianydd reports that the Chief Inspector commanded the school and therefore Mr. Madoc Jones on steady progress in all departments. Discusses the Inspection and the Entrance Scholarship. He hopes to get to Dr. Bryan's lecture on Saturday. Asks about Elwyn and whether Mr. Madoc Jones will be able to keep him until he is 19. He sent two girls to sit the School Exam in Bangor, but were unsuccessful.
