Warrant: Henry Rowlands to all constables in Anglesey

WARRANT: Henry Rowlands to all constables in Anglesey commanding them to apprehend William Edwards, late of Tynyberth in pa. Llangefni for deserting his wife and refusing to maintain her and consequently she had become chargeable to the parish according to Ellis Griffith one of the overseers of the poor.
