Parties 1. Robert Waterhouse of Sowthowrom late of Halifax son of John Waterhouse late of Halifax deceased.

2. John Waterhouse of Shipden eldest son of (1) and Robert son of John and his male issue, and in default of male issue to Thomas (second son) Samuel (third son) Philip (fourth son) Stephen (fifth son) John (sixth son) David (seventh son) successively in tail male.

Consideration: Performance of covenants contained in an indenture made by grantor dated 8 Oct, 1565 (q.v.)

Parcels.

certain measures of corn and grain issuing out of the 4 mills at Halifax (for details see Indenture dated 8th Oct. mentioned above).

Also to Gregory Waterhouse of Sydoll and Nicholas his son and his heirs in tail male with remainders over, the said 4 mills and interest in the leases thereof (see above mentioned Indenture) to uses there set forth.

Sealed subscribed and delivered by (1) the assignor to the within mentioned Nicholas Waterhouse in the presence of Christopher Gill' Robert Yeath Edmund Fournyes Richard Slater Robert Stancliffe (m) John Hemyngwaye.
