Parcels: a messuage cottage or tenement and fulling mill adjoining called Lilly Miln and attachments for turning the water; several closes of land (names closes) in Southouram in the parish of Halifax; a messuage or dwellinghouse wherein the said Benjamin Thomas then lived in Skircoat; a messuage, fulling mill and frizing mill known as lister Milns in Southouram; Except the overplus of water when it could be spared for use by Thomas and David Cordingley; timber and accustomed rights of way.

Term: 21 years

Rent: £41 10s. a year; also £5 per acre for land converted into Tillage; 4 fat capons; suit of mill.

Covenant against alienation without licence.
