A selection of B&W photographs some of which have been purchased from institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, which depict ornate artefacts and carpets used by the Design Department for information and inspiration. A number are unmounted and printed of very thin paper, which means they are rather fragile and should be handled with care.
