LETTER: J. D. Waters, House of Lords to Sir Richard Williams-Bulkeley, Bart., K. C. B re. appointment of Admiral Sir Percy Grant as Captain of the Port at Holyhead in place of Capt. K. N. Humphreys. P. G has been appointed a J. P for harbour purposes, but there is some confusion as to what exactly his powers are. J. D. W want the approval of R. W. B to make P. G a Justice of the Peace for co. Anglesey to avoid confusion. This has been done previously with other Captains.
