2) Dorothy Wrighte of same place spinster
3) John Gilbert Cooper jun of Thurgarton co. Notts esq, and Selwood Hewitt of Bilham [pa. Hooton Pagnell] co. Yorks esq
(1) covenants to pay unto (3), for the joint lives of (1) & (2), an annuity of £150, to provide for (2) and her children John Grey jun and Charles Grey.
Penalty of £8 for every 60 days the annuity remains unpaid. (1) will also pay to (2) two annuities of £75 in trust for John Grey jun and Charles Grey until they reach the age of 21. If (2) dies before her children reach 21, (1) will pay the said annuities to (3) in trust for the children. (1) also covenants to pay to (2) & (3) within 6 months of his death £5000 in trust for the children.
