Scope and Content

W. P. Crozier to Frederick Voigt.

Location: [Manchester].

Regarding Garvin's remarks in the Observer about blaming Russia in respect of Spain, he calls his comments into question and explains why. His evidence shows that Italy and Germany were intervening prior to the Russians. He asks if he knows of any evidence which would prove him [Crozier] wrong. He is inclined to challenge the Observer in their letter columns; they have made such statements for a long time.
