Scope and Content

Alexander Werth to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Paris.

There is some discrepancy between Reuter's account of the defence debate and his report of 3 February, which he explains. He thanks him for his message regarding Blum, whom he hopes to see soon. He is seeing Vienot today. The average Frenchman would give Germany back her colonies, but as a stage to peace, not submission. He hopes that Voigt will review his book; he has had positive comments already from André Siegfried and Harold Laski.
